In den Integrationsplänen der Bundesregierung wird bereits seit Jahren gefordert, Mehrsprachigkeit als Bildungschance und nicht als Defizit zu betrachten (Presse- und Informationsamt der Bundesregierung 2007: 39ff.). Mehrsprachigkeit soll demnach aktiv im Schultag als Lernmöglichkeit genutzt und verankert werden (ebd.). Bildungseinrichtungen dienen hier auch als Orte, an denen ein harmonisches mehrsprachiges-multikulturelles Zusammenleben angebahnt und gestärkt werden soll (ebd.). Die Beherrschung der Sprache ist eine unabdingbare Grundvoraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Bildungsteilhabe. Bildung ist der Grundpfeiler für die berufliche Qualifikation. Sie ist die Basis, um ein unabhängiges und selbstbestimmtes Leben zu führen. Den Bildungseinrichtungen obliegt als Bildungsträger die Transformation, junge Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund und gegebenenfalls auch Fluchterfahrung erfolgreich in unsere Gesellschaft zu integrieren. Um dies zu gewährleisten, bedarf es sprachpädagogischer und fächerübergreifender Konzepte, die den Aspekt der Mehrsprachigkeitserziehung in den Mittelpunkt stellen. Die Arbeitsbereiche Deutsch als Zweitsprache sowie Deutsch als Fremdsprache, die diesen o.g. Aspekt aufgreifen, gewinnen immer mehr an Bedeutung und sollten entsprechend auch von EU, Bund, Ländern und Kommunen gefördert werden, um das Miteinander zu fördern und das Entstehen von Parallelgesellschaften zu verhindern.…
