Cloth. Condition: Good Minus. No Jacket. 1945 second impression. Navy cloth with gilt lettering on front cover, rubbed lettering on spine. Corners and spine ends somewhat bumped and worn, cover shows some rubbing. Binding breaking at hinges, otherwise secure. Pages a little tan but clean, previous owner signature and date on inside front cover is the only marking. 272 pages plus index. Packaged carefully for shipment in cardboard with U. S. tracking. Oversized or heavy books may require extra postage for priority or international shipment.

Burgandy boards with gilt on the cover and spine. The hinges were obviously cracked at one point and repaired/reinforced with binding tape and the back repair is very loose, but the binding is holding. The end papers were also reinforced with tape along some of the worn edges. Bookplate from the school in Middlesex on the front free end paper. No other marks throughout.
