David Copperfield, Round the World in Eighty Days andThe Toilers of the Sea feature six plates each. Jane Eyre and Rob Roy both contain four plates. Lorna Doone is profusely illustrated with eighteen plates. The Innocents Abroad features a number of vignettes. Uniformly bound collection in green and blue pebbled-cloth soft covers. Jane Eyre and Lorna Doone are signed by previous owners to the front free endpapers. Externally, smart with slight bumping and rubbing, leading to minor loss of cloth at spine heads, tails and tips. Internally, front hinges generally weak, particularly to Lorna Doone, Jane Eyre and David Copperfield, leaving the first few pages of the affected volumes a little fragile. Text blocks otherwise firmly bound. With the exception of light spotting to the first and last few pages of each work, a very bright and clean collection. Very Good. A. A. Dixon; W. H. C. Groome; T.
