Sotto al titolo la "spiegazione dei segni" in cui è interes…sante evidenziare l'indicazione del prezzo delle lettere che è possibile ricostruire "sommando la 1a linea si ha la tariffa graduata". Lungo il margine sinistro un riquadro è dedicato ai "Viaggiatori", mentre nell'angolo in basso a destra, un'ulteriore riquadro, è dedicato alle "Diligenze". In basso, sulla sinistra, è riportata la scala grafica in "Miglia Italiane 50 Geografiche". Piega centrale, ottimo stato di conservazione. Testimonianza di realizzata con grande maestria e dovizia di particolari. L'attenzione e la raffinatezza dell'esecuzione lasciano supporre si tratti di un itinerario realizzato proprio ad uso del Direttore delle Poste, il Marchese Tommaso Calcagni.
