Condition: VG-. 1st ed. xxvii+129; ex-Leeds Public Reference Library, bound in red cloth with red leather spine and two additional yellow endpapers at each end, most of the provenance marking is on this: large lib.plate fr. pastedown, discard stamp first fr.endpaper, issue sheet rear pastedown, bound-in card covers, v….sm. black 'Leeds Reference Library' stamps centre t.p. and intermittently on top margins throughout - this is not actually as bad as it sounds as the stamp is quite neat and unintrusive, after t.p. there is also a tipped in library acquisition data slip (6 cm x 11.5 cm) , the robust cover is a little darkened to top fr.edge and spine, which has title and lib.number in gilt, v.sl.sp.end rubbing of little consequence. Library binding has probably kept this in better condition than most non-lib.copies.
