First edition in scarce d/w, octavo, green buckram boards with pink lettering to spine & front board and pink&black illus to spine & front board, frontispiece, 256pp, illus, VG (v. slight bruising to spine extrems, inscription in black ink to fep, some tanning & foxing to eps) in d/w, VG- (8cm x 3cm tear with loss to upper spine/rear repaired with archival tape, archival tape repairs to lower spine extrem, some creasing to upper edges, moderate soiling).
