Hardcover. 8vo. Pp xii, 726, [8] publisher's advertisements. Original publisher's dark green illustrated cloth, lettered gilt on spine and on front cover with bevelled edges and all edges gilt. The last edition as a single volume. Illustrated in black and white throughout. A good copy, clean text, with toned edges and slight cracking at front inner hinge, but holding well. Good boards with circular mark to front with slight surface marks, creasing to spine ends with tear at tail of spine.
