Hardcover. Condition: As New. Vey Good. First Edition. Some short tears and some edgewear to Dustjacket. In this book, Teague explains the thought processes behind his ideas. Both a history of industrial design and the memoir of a man who sought adventure and loved a good time, this book includes over 400 photos and illustration…s which serve as a historical record of his time and life. Walter Dorwin Teague (1883 ? 1960) was an American industrial designer, architect, illustrator, graphic designer, writer, and entrepreneur. Often referred to as the Dean of Industrial Design, Teague pioneered in the establishment of industrial design as a profession in the US. Teague was later named to the Academy of Fellows by the IDSA.
