Paperback. Condition: New. Print on Demand. This book explores the influence of protein consumption on the development of young growing pigs. The author, a leading expert in animal nutrition, conducted a comprehensive study on 12 carefully selected Berkshire pigs, dividing them into three groups and feeding them varying levels of protein in their diets. The results of this study provide valuable insights into the relationship between protein intake and the physical and physiological development of pigs, shedding light on the optimal protein requirements for healthy growth and development. The author's findings have significant implications for pig farmers and contribute to the broader understanding of animal nutrition and growth. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.
