Für den Einstieg in die Thematik wird zunächst ein Überblick zu Kalkulationen und Ausschreibungen im Schlüsselfertigbau geboten und anschließend die Bedeutung des Betonstahls im Bauwesen dargestellt. Diese Einführung leitet in die Auswertung der bauteilbezogenen Faktoren in der Literatur über, deren drei Hauptquellen ein breites Spektrum für eine zuverlässige Aussage für den Stahlbedarf in den untersuchten Bauteilen bieten. Da die Literatur ausschließlich Richtwerte und Erfahrungswerte des jeweiligen Autors liefert, folgt anschließend die praxisorientierte Auswertung von tatsächlich realisierten Projekten mit dem Ziel, auf Basis von statischen Berechnungen (und Bewehrungsplänen), zuverlässige Faktoren zu entwickeln. Hier zu werden Projekte bauteilbezogen ausgewertet und durch Bewehrungsangaben und deren Darstellungen exemplarisch analysiert. Faktoren aus Literatur und Projekten werden gegenüberstellt und miteinander verglichen. Hier bei ergeben sich sowohl Gemeinsamkeiten als auch signifikante Differenzen zwischen den Einzelwerten, welche im Vergleich ausführlich verifiziert und diskutiert werden. Die Analyse jedes einzelnen Bauteils führt abschließend zur Bildung eines zusammenfassenden Faktors, welcher als Ergebnis einer komplexen Auswertung dient. Es ergeben sich Faktoren für alle wichtigen Bauteile, wie z.B.
