The most of the old plantation of aonla fruit belts are declining and showing poor productivity and poor quality of fruits. The sole cause of declination in production and quality is due to poor orchard management and overage trees. Thus, there is dire need to improve the health and production of senile orchards through application of rejuvenation technology. The practice of pruning supplemented with balanced doses of nutrients has been found very beneficial to improve the yield and fruit quality.
