In very good half green leather and multi coloured swirl patterned boards, black title field with gilt titles on spine, seven gilt decorated horizontal bands. Very tightly bound, unmarked covers; slight edge-wear, corners scuffed, spine slightly sunned. Clean brown end papers. Clean multi coloured swirl-patterned cut edges. The text block is in very good condition, tight and clean, not tanned, lightly foxed end pages and prelims. With many 'designs' (etchings) by W. Harvey and T. Creswick. Illustrated title page. Heavy.
