Following the dedication, a procession with relics took place, which travelled from the convent to the church and circled the building, with a crowd singing hymns and prayers. The author provides details about the interior design of the church, including the vaulted ceilings and stained-glass windows, as well as the many statues and paintings that adorn the building.
