Illustrations: A color illustrated, title page has the title as Historical Account of the Crimea. Two browntone plates. A fold-out map. Two board corners each have a 1/8 in. threadbare spot. The front board has a 1/4 in. threadbare spot. The edges of the spine strip have color loss from shelf wear rubbing. The back endpaper: The fold is split in an uneven manner. The FEP has crease lines, three closed tears, 1/4 in. to 7/8 in. and three chips, up to a linear 1/2 in. The front FEP has a vertical crease line. Heavy foxing is on the non-print sides of the illustrated title page and one brown plate, on the title page, and on parts of a few other pages. The map, a plate, and over half of the pages have small, scattered spots of foxing. The text block ends have darkened. The top margins of two pages each have a chip(s), from rough cut opening. The top, spine side corners of a few pages each have a tiny tear from rough cut opening. Part of a map fold is split. Scans e-mailed upon request.
