It begins with: "The book was written by some jerk in an office at HQ." , and states in effect that he will try to add some corrections. There are inked annotations then added in the margins scattered here-and-there. The frontis is a B&W photo of the CO (to whom the book is dedicated). There are several full-page B&W drawings/cartoons. The covers are quite stained, and with a bit of edgewear. There is a 1/2" chip at the bottom edge of the rear cover.
