But for anybody who is not prepared to say that a man who engages in war always does wrong--that the Finns, for instance, are doing wrong in fighting against the Russian aggressor--it shows a singularly warped mind to blame Christian ministers for giving encouragement and spiritual comfort to those who face the ordeal of war, when in fact that ordeal is their duty.'
