Original letter attached to the inside front endpaper from the editorial board of the journal ot W.R. Betts telling him that the editorial board of the journal had decided to ask Bland-Sutton's permission to dedicate the issue to him (dated January 1930). Also, an 8 page biography of Bland-Sutton reprinted from the Middlesex Hospital Journal 1937. Also, 5 letters from Bland-Sutton to W.R. Betts written in the early 1930's (on Bland-Sutton's stationery). 1 page handwritten letter on thin paper, initialed by Bland-Sutton on the bottom, titled 'Sir James Paget.' Original black and white photo of JBS with black cat. 3 copies of Moloch's caricature of JBS (printed in Chanticlair in June 1909). Mounted illustration of JBS from Punch magazine.
