Umfangreiche Stadtchronik, die auch heute noch eine Fundgrube für den Historiker ist. Carpzov konnte noch aus Quellen schöpfen, die 1757 bei der Zerstörung Zittaus verbrannt sind. Außerordentlich gut erhaltenes, kaum gebräuntes und nahezu fleckenfreies Exemplar der gesuchten Chronik.
