H. 3, 1900, 309 S.? Es handelt sich bei diesem Autor also nicht um den renommierten gleichnamigen Basler Arzt und Psychiater (1836?1907; vgl. HLS), sondern um den in der Öffentlichkeit eher wenig in Erscheinung getretenen Zoologen Gottlieb Surbeck (1874?1946), der seine Dissertation als Doktorand von Prof. Friedrich Zschokke machte (s. den Ausschnitt aus dem Nekrolog in: springerlink content, online; nicht in HBLS, HLS u.
