Von Nietzsches Mutter wurde er nach der Entmündigung des geisteskranken Philosophen 1893 als Mitvormund eingesetzt und war nach Gründung der Stiftung Nietzsche-Archiv in Weimar 1908 bis 1923 erster Vorstandsvorsitzender dieses Archivs. Sprache: de.
