Pugin, Esq. the engravings executed under the superintendence of Mr. C. Heath with topographical and historical descriptions. In two volumes. Volume one only. Moderate wear and tear to leather covers, scuffing, shelf wear, some exposed boards at head and tail of spine and corners. Nice decorative embossing around perimeter of front and back covers, gilt decorations on spine. Marbled endpapers. Title page tearing away for approx. bottom quarter of page, but still well attached. Tear at top of half title as well, not interfering with title text. Binding is sound. Pages have age spots throughout but overall in good condition for its age. Text in both English and French.
