With over 15 years of global experience spanning entrepreneurship, academia, and social impact, I blend big-picture thinking with a hands-on, strategic approach. My academic work looks at how deeply rooted social conditioning shapes the way we make meaning—and how that can either limit or unlock human potential. This insight guides my work with women entrepreneurs, helping them turn their visions into sustainable, mission-driven ventures. Through strategic guidance and mentorship, I support founders in combining modern business tools with values-based leadership, building ventures that are both financially sound and socially impactful.

My commitment to women’s economic empowerment led me to co-found EOS Academy—a platform that supports experienced women leaders in the EU who’ve faced career setbacks due to age bias. We help them gain the skills, networks, and confidence they need to launch purposeful ventures and write the next chapter of their professional lives with clarity and strength.

I’m also deeply committed to advancing girls’ education in developing countries—because I truly believe that education is a powerful force for change. When girls are educated, entire communities thrive.
