Heather Cairns-Lee

Heather is Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Communication at IMD, Switzerland, visiting Scholar at the University of Surrey Business School and Advisory Board Member of Fribourg HEG. She is Co-Editor of Clean Language Interviewing: Principles and Applications for Researchers and Practitioners.

Her award-winning doctoral research at the University of Surrey and her teaching focus on developing awareness, authenticity and self-authorship through exploring the metaphors by which people make sense of their lives, their leadership and their mental models.

She lives in Switzerland with her husband and two daughters.
