Aus diesen Messungen geht hervor, das…s die Muskelaktivität während des Salats eine bessere Übung darstellt als das Gehen auf dem Laufband, basierend auf dem Muskelermüdungsindex. Außerdem wurde eine modifizierte Methode zur Analyse des Leistungsspektrums entwickelt. Mit dieser vorgeschlagenen Methode wird bewiesen, dass die auf der mittleren Frequenz (MNF) basierende Methode zur Analyse des EMG-Leistungsspektrums vergleichsweise effizienter ist als die zuvor vorgeschlagene Methode zur Bestimmung der mit dem Salat verbundenen Muskelermüdung und -indizes. Um die Beziehung zwischen der geleisteten Arbeit und der entsprechenden sEMG-Spannung zu finden, wurden einige ungefähre mathematische Funktionen durch geeignete Kurvenanpassung entwickelt, um die geleistete Arbeit und die entsprechende EMG-Spannung in Beziehung zu setzen. Diese mathematischen Funktionen werden für den Muskel der oberen Gliedmaßen (Biceps Bracii) und den Muskel der unteren Gliedmaßen (Biceps Femoris und Medialer Gastrocnemius) vorgeschlagen.

Inoltre, è stato sviluppato un metodo di analisi dello spettro di potenza modificato. Con il metodo proposto è stato dimostrato che il metodo di analisi dello spettro di potenza EMG basato sulla frequenza media (MNF) è comparativamente più efficiente di quelli proposti in precedenza per determinare la fatica e gli indici muscolari associati al Salat. Per trovare la relazione tra il lavoro svolto e il corrispondente voltaggio sEMG sono state sviluppate alcune funzioni matematiche approssimative mediante un appropriato adattamento delle curve per mettere in relazione il lavoro svolto e il corrispondente voltaggio EMG. Queste funzioni matematiche sono state proposte per i muscoli dell'arto superiore (Bicep Bracii) e dell'arto inferiore (Biceps Femoris e Gastrocnemio mediale). È stato inoltre rilevato che la tensione sEMG generata dal muscolo subisce una saturazione dopo l'aumento di un certo lavoro svolto.
