Edmond Gustave Frisch, comte de Fels, prince de Heffingen (Marseille, 30 juillet 1858 Paris, 29 mars 1951), fut un diplomate, écrivain et historien français d'origine danoise et suédoise. Le Général Weygand…, né à Bruxelles le21 janvier 1867, mort le 28 janvier 1965 , fut un général français et un membre de l'Académie française. Il a joué un rôle majeur lors des deux guerres mondiales. Ce livre est un recueil des études paru dans la revue de Paris du 1 Janvier 1924 au 1 Mars 1925 à propos de l' actualité économique et politique de l' époque et dirigées contre le Cartel des Gauches. Edition Originale par Fayard en 1925, reliure demi veau en bon état avec un dos lisse orné d' une pièce de titre et de motifs gravés à l' or fin, intérieur en très bon état, format in 8, 251 pages. Dédicacé par l'auteur.
