Paperback. Condition: New. Print on Demand. This book explores a literary landscape characterized by Romanticism and the "Poetry of Feeling" in the wake of the Enlightenment's dominance of thought. As the author takes the reader on a journey back to the 19th century, this book cogently examines an array of German poets such as Schiller, Goethe, Heine, and Lenau. This work plunges into a treasure-trove of fundamental concepts pervasive in the Romantic period: love and longing, life's brevity, nature and melancholy. The author compiles literary analysis with historical context to illustrate how these poets not only reflected the zeitgeist but also shaped the very essence of the human condition. A captivating literary excursion, this book is sure to engage literature enthusiasts and casual readers curious about the emotive power of poetry. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.…

Broschiert. Condition: Gut. 45 Seiten, 1 Blatt.
