The methodology used was a survey; the target population was made up of teachers and students located at five educational zones in Delta State. It was observed that all the students and teachers are not exposed to music technology. Some teachers were indifferent to the acquisition of computer/laptop and technology knowledge to enhance teaching. The students were overwhelmingly willing to be exposed to music technology.
