Also including a preface and an errata to the rear. Inscribed to the title page head by William Tress, the architect best known for his buildings for the South Eastern Railway. Bound in decorative cloth. Externally, cloth binding faded, and a few marks to the boards. Externally, bumping to the head and tail of spine as well as to the extremities, resulting in a few tears to the cloth binding to the head of the spine. Previous owner's signature to the title page. Internally, front hinge strained but remaining firm. Internally, generally firmly bound. A few spots to the first and last few pages, otherwise pages are generally clean. Good Only.
