This volume consists of five chapters - i) Overviews, ii) Accelera tion Techniques, iii) Spectral and Higher-Order Methods, iv) Multi Resolution/ Subcell Resolution Schemes (including adaptive meth ods), and v) Inherently Multidimensional Schemes.
