Fourteenth Edition - comprising Mathematics, Engineering Science, Heat Engines, Naval Architecture and Electrotechnology - published by James Munro & Co; Marine Engineering and Nautical Publishers. The Preface is concise: ANY Technical Work that runs into 14 editions needs no preface. Filled with calculations and b/w diagrams, graphs etc. Assessed as in a fair condition for two reasons - the slightly faded bottle green cloth of the boards and the apparent removal of one of the endpapers at the front of the book. In addition, the pages are mild to moderately tanned with occasional spotting/blemishing; often more apparent on the preliminary and final ones. The Naval Architecture chapter consists of a list of 27 points - all of which have a small pencil tick by them. pp. 608/12mo. Undated. Please note that, depending on destination, we may request a payment to cover any extra shipping/postage charges. Proceeds to Amnesty International. Abe2432.
