A near new 4to hardcover with all the qualities typically found in a collector friendly Easton Press edition--i.e., bound in full leather (blue) with NO dj, raised spine bands (3), 22-kt. gold stamped lettering and decoration, all gilt edges, silk end papers and a satin ribbon (gold) bookmark. The upper board of this copy also features a pasted b&w photo of the former President in a pensive mood--i.e, with his chin on his closed hand. The as new contents reference the First Edition of the original Bulfinch Press edition. Laid in is an unused Easton Press bookplate. A close inspection from certain angles does reveal a faint scratch on the fore edge gilt, but this is minor. NOT an ex-library copy. **Extra charges will be requested to cover postage costs on an expedited and/or international order because of the size and weight of this book.
