The extraordinary true journey of Huberta the Hippo from northern Natal to East London in the Eastern Cape is told with great affection and diligence by Chilvers. The du…stjacket is enclosed in a clear plastic protective cover. Beneath the dj is considerably worn and torn - indeed it has been reconstructed by a previous owner with the use of brown paper. The tan polished cloth cover is sure and secure. There is some wear and scuffing. Inside, the book is dusted with foxing throughout. The contents are yet secure, assured, mild.
