Decorative Cloth. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Cheap Edition. First published in 1900 and reprinted in 1901, this is the first reprint of the later "Cheap Reissue" which was published originally in 1907. Still very scarce in its own right. Green decorative cloth boards with very crisp gilt title lettering on the front board. The spine cloth is rather sunned and therefore discoloured. Spine ends and fore edge corner tips are a little word on close inspection. Page block edge is somewhat browned/toned, as are the decorative end papers. Sporadic mild foxing throughout. In all a splendidly presentable copy of this scarce edition. W. Heath Robinson (illustrator).
