Book is very much used: it is square, hinges tight, all four corners bumped with wear and fabric damage with boards exposed, no dings on edges, head and heel of spine worn with fabric damage, wear and fabric damage at both upper and lower gutter ridges; rubbing with some color loss on front board; spot of paint on front board. The interior also has signs of heavy use: FFEP has been roughly cut out, title page has small strip of paper removed at fore edge. Though about a dozen pages have inked markings and pencil underlinings and about 3-5 have old (browned) scotch tape, the text is never affected. Paper is lightly toned but still quite flexible; hinges are tight and undamaged; spine is not cracked; numerous illustrations.
