Engraving on cover indicates student for whom it was intended, otherwise clean and near fine w/ binding a bit loose. Last page is coed posterior saying THE END. Those college kids were a riot. The next year the men went to war and the women started marking munitions. But 1940 was a swansong of a most innocent time. Interesting commentary on class and culture comparing this one to the Mills College yearbook we also have. Roman theme art on endpapers. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
