Work-Family Triangle Synchronization takes a holistic look into the triangle of forces involved in the conflict: the manager, the employee, and the employee's spouse at home. Using the therapeutic triangle relationship framework, it elaborates on the dynamic of work-family triangles and offers a structured process for designing a psychological contract among the three players. This process is termed work-family triangle synchronization (WFTS). Based on the authors' 20 years of academic research and field experience in the organizational and family domains this book introduces a novel synchronization model, methodology, and compelling tools. Modern science has elevated to an impossible, and unbelie…vable feat of understanding. All the theories of the pass that were preposterous to even contemplate about, has now come into a reality. Now, in the light of all these new understandings, these new advancements, and concrete evidences, we have not yet understood the root cause of this new knowledge. This is imperative to know, considering we are venturing to understand the universe in its entirety; all its powers, all of its functions, history, and origin. If we do not look at the origin of science itself, not what it does and what it can do but, the history and origin of science itself, we could very well be participating in something else altogether, that could lead us, (mankind), into a region and age of utter spiritual destruction. Instead of our aim being to procure, control, and extract from nature, we should try to understand and investigate the meaning of these things in the wise of what the universal architect is trying to convey to the reasoning of mankind. Contrary to popular belief of other higher life forms with some type of physical biological material bodily substance, mankind is the highest life form. This is clearly seen in our 3-dimensional world which is also accompanied with authentic written proof from others that we are forced to say, were agreeably closer to that divine universal architect, that first stage of human development that caused us to exist in the first place than most of us are today. It is known that time was brought out of eternity. It is also known that man was not physical animal flesh at his first creation; thus, had no sense awareness of what was good and what was evil. Leaving any awareness of the now demiurge, (which modern science is just one subject that is connected to it), obsolete and inaccessible in human consciousness. Everyone who has ever been born, or rather generated from woman and presented in this physical world has been saved from this demiurge and has a place in the heavens of eternal life. This statement is not foreign to many people but, it is not usually investigated; it is not usually acquired after, especially, what part do human beings have in the participation thereof. The statement that everyone is saved is extremely true, but, it only exists in potentiality. Man is created a free agent with freedom of choice, to do as he wants, just like he does right now. I am confident that no one of responsible age can dispute this axiom. Therefore, very few people have questions that are often contemplated upon like: What do I have to do to inherent eternal life What are the conditions to enter eternal life What guarantees if any, can we see and know for sure that promises us this heaven or eternal life. It is hard to answer these questions to people who are living their life according to the nomenclature of this demiurge, without appealing first, to that branch of understanding that is so prevalent in our dispensation. We are amalgamating modern science with royal science; to show clear truth that man evolve not by modern science but through divine understanding of what is holy; (that we are calling in this conveyance, royal science), which is the nature of the heavens, or the divine source. We will dare to break words further as to say, that our modern science has no root in our original creation before this world of telluric images and forms. Thus, you and I, are here in this distant land, far away from our true original selves; that we must journey through. But if t…he well-poisoning accusations against the Jews during these plague years are the most frequently cited of such cases, they were not unique. The first major wave of accusations came in France and Aragon in 1321, and it was lepers, not Jews, who were the initial targets. Local authorities, and especially municipal councils, promoted these charges so as to be able to seize the property of the leprosaria, Tzafrir Barzilay contends. The allegations eventually expanded to describe an international conspiracy organized by Muslims, and only then, after months of persecution of the lepers, did some nobles of central France implicate the Jews, convincing the king to expel them from the realm. In Poisoned Wells Barzilay explores the origins of these charges of well poisoning, asks how the fear took root and moved across Europe, which groups it targeted, why it held in certain areas and not others, and why it waned in the fifteenth century. He argues that many of the social, political, and environmental factors that fed the rise of the mass poisoning accusations had already appeared during the thirteenth century, a period of increased urbanization, of criminal poisoning charges, and of the proliferation of medical texts on toxins. In studying the narratives that were presented to convince officials that certain groups committed well poisoning and the legal and bureaucratic mechanisms that moved rumors into officially accepted and prosecutable crimes, Barzilay has written a crucial chapter in the long history of the persecution of European minorities.
