Del 8 de febrero al 11 de marzo de 2019 se llevó a cabo en la clínica BONDEKO un estudio de casos junto con entrevistas a pacientes al final de las consultas. A l'issue de cette étude, il s'est dégagé essentiellement qu'il n'y existe pas un service de marketing malgré l'existence d'une forte concurrence. Un programme national de vulgarisation du marketing social devrait amener les structures des soins de santé en générale et les hôpitaux en particulier à utiliser le marketing pour palier au faible taux d'utilisation des services.
