Xii + 345 pages + 32 page publishers catalogue dated August 1910 at rear.8 full page colour plates by Trevor Haddon & 8 plain in the text + 40 monotone photo plates. Lime green cloth with gilt embossed spine, a little dustiness but all very good and firm, half-title a little spotted. No inscriptions. Small octavo. *As we find today publishers sometimes made books appear to sell well by adding "edition numbers" larger than they actually were. This book does state on reverse of the title 1st printed Aug 1906 and then 2nd edition beneath dated 1906 also. However the 1910 catalogue would belie this statement as it being a fast seller.
