Soft cover. Condition: Very Good -. No Jacket. the third Frederic W. H. Myers Memorial Lecture, delivered by Dr. Eugène Osty on October 25, 1933. Osty, then the director of the Institut Métapsychique International in Paris, used the lecture to review his recent experiments with the physical medium Rudi Schneider. Key details of the lecture and the research it presents include: Action at a Distance: Osty described experiments using specialized apparatus that claimed to demonstrate the medium's ability to "externalize" a force or substance. Infra-red Research: The primary method of proof involved studying the medium's alleged influence on infra-red rays. Osty maintained that Schneider, while in a trance, could exert control over material processes in ways that appeared to affect these rays. Typical age/use wear. A decent copy. 41 pages. Book.
