E.; Edwards, David; Roberts, Hugh G., and Hughes, Thomas, Editors. Mankato, MN: The Free Press Printing Co., 1895. Text in both Welsh and English - first part Welsh, second part English. In 1894 all the Welsh of the state of Minnesota were invited to provide information for the book, and as the settlement of Fillmore county included part of Iowa, Foreston and Lime Springs were included. Much prominence is given to the Sioux massacre because it was so important in the experience of the Welsh pioneers. The biographies were written by various persons.
