The utilization of such waste materials in road construction is significant importance in the country. The bulk utilization of these wastes not only solves the disposal problem of the industries but also protects the environment. Insgesamt fallen weltweit etwa 24,6 Millionen Tonnen Kupferschlacke an. Die Entsorgung solch großer Mengen an Schlacke verursacht Umweltprobleme. Die Verwendung solcher Abfallstoffe im Straßenbau ist von großer Bedeutung für das Land. Die Massenverwertung dieser Abfälle löst nicht nur das Entsorgungsproblem der Industrie, sondern schützt auch die Umwelt.
