Signed on the half-title by the following contemporary Bolton Wanderers players from the 1954/1955 season: John Ball, Tommy Banks, Arthur Barnard, Malcolm Barrass, Eric Bell, Walter Bingley, Bryan Edwards, Ken Grieves, Ralph Gubbins, Stan Hanson, Ray Hartle, William Hassell, Derek Hennin, John Higgins, Doug Holden, Nat Lofthouse, Willie Moir, Tommy Neill, Harry Webster. There are a further 8 signatures inside the book that I have been unable to identify. A unique item signed by numerous members of the England team from that era.
