Black blind-stamped pebble-grain cloth, gilt. The following years were published in two parts (i.e. 2 vols): 1888, 1893, 1925, 1936, 1939. The following vols contain more than one year: 1912-13 (there is a separate vol for 1913), 1914-15 (there is a separate vol for 1915), 1917-18, 1920-21, 1942-43. In all ninety-seven vols.
