To confirm the probiotic activity of MAPS 15 in natural conditions, efficacy validation was performed under wet lab and farm conditions (Hapa). The results indicate that, 108 CFUml 1 significantly improves survival rate, water quality and productivity of P. monodon. Therefore, this potential probionts could be utilized for the development of veterinary grade probiotic in aquaculture industries. 188 pp. Englisch.
