The binding is strong with all pages firmly attached. There is a prior owner stamp and library book sale stamp on the first end paper. The pages are otherwise clean with no… soiling, writing, or tears. The copyright page states 1935 Second Edition. The blue cloth covers have gold lettering. The covers show light soiling and a couple of the gold letters are a little rubbed but still readable. We always ship in a sturdy cardboard box.

The DJ is in rough shape (borderline poor condition) but is mostly complete except for a few chips. There's a large crumpled tear on the front. The jacket the excellent job protect the book underneat…h as the covers are clean with only minor edge and corner bumps. Internal binding is tight and no handwriting or bookplates are present, no hinge issues. Paper is very lightly toned due to age and are clean overall. This is the third edition as stated on the title and copyright pages. DJ has been placed in a protective mylar sleeve after photos were taken.
