Mai mult de jumatate din numarul de candidati pentru obtinerea permisului pica in fiecare zi la proba teoretica. Avand in vedere c…a lucrez exact in domeniul pregatirii elevilor, atat practica (sunt instructor pentru categoriile B si C), cat si teoretica (predau elevilor de liceu legislatie rutiera si cunoasterea automobilului), am scris aceasta carte care constituie o alternativa utila, fiind mai simpla si mai concisa. Am selectat din lege toate prevederile codului rutier care se cer la examen (cu explicatii). Rezolvarea a sute sau mii de intrebari din chestionare, fara a cunoaste legislatia rutiera duce mai mult ca sigur la picarea examenului. Practic, prin modul de redactare (ingrosari, sublinieri) si prin explicatiile date in carte, cititorii pot gasi raspuns la orice intrebare de la examen. Lucrarea se adreseaza si celor care au permis de conducere, pentru reimprospatarea cunostintelor. Din pacate, exista foarte multi conducatori care nu cunosc toate schimbarile legislatiei rutiere, desi legislatia a fost modificata de mai multe ori in ultimii ani. Pentru a-i ajuta si pe cei care au invatat legislatia veche, schimbarile aduse de noua lege sunt scrise in carte cu fond gri. - Autorul Fragment din volum: "Depasirea: Este manevra prin care un vehicul trece inaintea altui vehicul sau pe langa un obstacol, prin schimbarea directiei si iesirea de pe banda sau din sirul de vehicule in care s-a aflat initial. Se face numai pe partea stanga, cu exceptia: Vehiculului al carui conducator a semnalizat si s-a incadrat pentru viraj stanga, in acest caz depasirea acestuia facandu-se pe partea dreapta, daca exista spatiu suficient. Tramvaielor, care de regula se depasesc pe partea dreapta. Tramvaiele in mers pot fi depasite si pe stanga, pe sens unic sau cand intre sina din dreapta si marginea drumului nu exista spatiu. Nu se considera depasire circulatia mai rapida a unui vehicul pe o banda decat vehiculele de pe alta banda. Obligatiile celui care depaseste: Sa se asigure ca cel care il urmeaza sau il precede nu a semnalizat intentia de a depasi Sa nu puna in pericol circulatia din sens opus (daca la depasire se trece peste axul drumului sa se asigure ca din sens opus nu se apropie un vehicul). Sa semnalizeze intentia de a depasi (cu cel putin 50 (100) m inainte). Sa pastreze o distanta laterala suficienta fata de cel depasit. Sa reintre pe banda initiala ce a semnalizat si s-a asigurat ca poate efectua aceasta manevra m siguranta pentru vehiculul depasit si ceilalti participanti la trafic. Obligatiile celui depasit: sa nu mareasca viteza sa circule cat mai pe dreapta Cazurile de interzicere a depasirii: in intersectii nedirijate (in cele dirijate depasirea este permisa). in apropierea varfurilor de rampa, cand vizibilitatea e sub 50 m. in curbe si in orice alte locuri cu vizibilitate sub 50 m. Pe pasaje denivelate, pe poduri, sub poduri si in tuneluri. Prin exceptie pot fi depasite vehicule cu tractiune animala, motociclete, mopede si biciclete, daca lungimea segmentului de vizibilitate este mai mare de 20 in, iar latimea drumului mai mare de 7 m.
