Ein Fragebogen mit fünf Likert-Skalen für die Erhebung, der hauptsächlich für den quantitativen Teil verwendet wurde, und ein halbstrukturierter Interviewleitfaden für den qualitativen Teil wurden als Datenerhebungsinstrumente eingesetzt. Für die statistische Analyse wurde SPSS Version 20 für Windows verwendet, und die Ergebnisse wurden in Tabellen und Tortendiagrammen dargestellt.
