This catalogue was produced to accompany the outdoor exhibition of sculpture organised by London County Council and held in Battersea Park from May to September 1963. The exhibition included works by leading contemporary sculptors, the majority being British, including Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Robert Clatworthy, Hubert Dalwood, Leonard Baskin and David Smith.

Jacket is worn and chipped along edges, with a red stain across the front, but text is still legible, and jacket is protected by a mylar cover. Water stains on cover cloth. Binding is secure. Light water stains on top edge of text block. Pen marking on corner of front endpaper, but pages themselves are clean and unmarked.
