Includes bibliography and index. Condition: Very Good in Good dust jacket. Hardcover in original illustrated dust jacket. Jacket shows moderate rubbing and surface wear, with edge wear, small chips, short tears, and creasing, particularly at the spine ends and corners. Some loss and fraying are present at the head of the spine. Rear panel shows additional rubbing and edge wear. Interior appears clean and well preserved in the pages examined, with light age-toning.
