First sub- objective of the study was to assess self confidence and anxiety in national (sub-junior, Junior and Senior) level male wrestlers. Second sub- objective of the study was to find out comparison between sub-junior, junior and Senior national level wrestlers in relation to sports competition anxiety. Third sub-objective of the study was to find out comparison between sub-junior, junior and senior national level wrestlers in relation to self confidence. 60 (20 sub-junior, 20 junior and 20 senior level) male wrestlers of different weight categories were selected to serve as subjects for this study. Subjects were selected randomly from sub-junior, junior and senior national level players. The data was collected from these different national level players selected as subjects in 2014 from different clubs in Indore. To assess the self confidence and anxiety of the subjects Sports Competition Anxiety Test Questionnaire (SCAT) and Sports Confidence Inventory Questionnaire was used to measure the self confidence and anxiety. 64 pp. Englisch.
